As a piece of equipment ages it becomes imperative that service and maintenance is kept up to date. RAM has a broad group of dealer partners that you can work with to support these needs so that your lift or elevating device is there when you need it. Our preference is always that any end user works with a local dealer partner, where available, to ensure that the highest possible quality of maintenance or repair is completed. If the lift or elevator you are working with is no longer in the warranty period we are also pleased to offer some continuing support that depends on the age of the equipment you are working with. Please note that, in some cases, our technical support is provided at a charge. RAM endeavors to keep these charges to a minimum at all times while ensuring that we support the people who use our equipment.
